Located on a beautifully landscaped 6 acres just outside of Chicago, Double J Riding Club provides a safe and engaging learning environment for animal and nature lovers of all ages. Our programs are designed to supplement your curriculum in a fun and educational way. Through our outdoor classroom, children and adults make meaningful connections to real-world topics through live animals, science, arts, horticulture, and other exciting hands-on experiences.

Live animals are a powerful way to capture children’s attention, spark curiosity, inspire imagination, encourage compassion, and introduce important science concepts. All of Double J’s programs include hands-on interactions with a variety of animal species, creating memorable experiences that are both educational and fun.

Groups can visit our farm for an immersive field trip experience, or choose our “Zoo To You” mobile program, where our trained animal educators bring a carefully selected group of friendly animal ambassadors directly to your location. Our team travels to schools, camps, libraries, park districts, daycare centers, community organizations, and special events, delivering the same engaging, hands-on animal encounters wherever you are.

Each program is interactive, educational, and designed to spark curiosity, encourage questions, and foster a deeper understanding of the animal world.
