TINY RIDER SCHOOL-YEAR CAMPS:

For Ages 4-6, Preschool through Kindergarten

  • Tuesdays, 9:00 - 11:30 am or
  • Wednesdays, 12:30 - 3:00 pm.

Moms get some free time and the kids get an active and engaging 2 1/2 hours of lead-line lessons, crafts, learning about horse care and barn safety. What will you do with the free time, Mom (or Dad)?


  • Sessions are $36 for 2 1/2 hours -- 4/$144 or 5/$180 monthly;
  • Sign up monthly for Tuesday morning sessions, Wednesday afternoon sessions -- or both!
  • For barn/riding safety, student:staff ratios are 2:1.
  • "Bring a Friend" (one time per friend, please) for only $25, with confirmation of space in advance by Double J.


Our Tiny Riders loved camp so much, that we are offering the chance to keep the fun alive ALL YEAR LONG! Miss Theresa will be back, with special activities themed to seasons and holidays. It'll be their favorite weekly activity! This is an all-year/all-weather activity, with lessons taking place in our beautiful outdoor arena or our indoor (heated) riding arena with indoor classroom also available.

You provide a small snack and drink for your child daily.

During Tiny Rider sessions, your child will....

  • Learn about and develop skills in caring for and handling horses, including barn safety, grooming, horse anatomy & more in a fun, interactive environment.
  • Ride each day in an age-appropriate, lead-line lesson.
  • Show off what they've learned by participating in a short riding "show" at the end of each month, parents & grandparents welcome!
  • Enjoy a barnyard full of pigs, a miniature mule goats & roosters.

Session Sign-up:

  • Sign up for the session (s) of your choice! Payment is due at registration for the first month, and two weeks prior to the start of the next month's session.
  • Sessions are either 4 or 5 classes each -- depending upon the number of Wednesdays & Thursdays in each month.
  • Staffing is 2:1 when riding (riders/staff); minimum 2 per session required.

Session cost:  $144 for 4 classes/month or $180 for 5 classes/month  (except December). See registration forms for exact details.
